US Event 2025 Terms & Conditions

Effective date starting: June 1, 2024 

As a participant and/or ticket buyer of the Galactic Historian Event scheduled for Aug. 9-12, 2025 at McMenamins Hotel Oregon in McMinnville, OR - you agree to the following DISCLAIMERS:

• There are No Refunds for your ticket purchase for this event.
• Participants agree to be video-ed and recorded.
• Participants agree to sign a video/audio recording release and liability waiver to complete their booking. 
• WARNING: This event may feature flashing lights and other intense lighting that may not be safe for those with light sensitivity. There is a risk of epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain kinds of flashing lights or light patterns.  
• No video recording or pictures may be taken at the event by participants.
• Participants can record audio of the event, but not video. 
• Cellphones must be put away inside the venue.
• Video downloads of the event will be available for purchase.
